Am 26. Januar hat der polnische Sejm in dritter Lesung ein Gesetz über eine scheinbar unspektakuläre Statutenänderung des Instituts des nationalen Gedenkens verabschiedet. Der in trockener Juristensprache abgefasste Text birgt aber einigen Sprengstoff.
