former positions Since 1999: Managing Director of the Executive Programs at the Institute of Management, University of St.Gallen: P&L responsibility. Conceptual design and implementation of open enrollment executive programs (compact courses, CAS, DAS) on all management levels. Development and implementation of customized in-house programs for numerous national and international clients and in cooperation with leading business schools.

Since 1999: Lecturer in Management at the University of St.Gallen.

1996: Visiting Associate Professor at the Hitotsubashi University, Tokyo.
