She earned her Ph.D. in Management from the University of St. Gallen and her B.A. and M.Sc. in Psychology with a focus on industrial & organizational psychology as well as evaluation and research methodology from the University of Mannheim. Her research interests focus on workplace diversity - with a special emphasis on workplace inclusion of people with disabilities - and on occupational health management. She gained further practical experience as a consultant at the Kenexa GmbH in Munich.
