Retail-Lab

abstract Retail-Lab is a partnership program between the University of St.Gallen and leading European retailers. The lab was launched to face retail industry challenges of changing customer expectations, globalisation, competitive threats and market dynamics. Following four components form the Retail-Lab:

Research:
Retail partners may participate in research workshops on current topics in retailing.

Board Summit:
At an annual meeting, members of the board of the participating retail companies exchange business ideas and experiences.

Recruitment:
Retail partners are offered an online platform to increase awareness among university students about careers in the retail industry and to promote vacancies, as well as open positions available for trainee- and interships. A two-day recruitment event will bring together retailers and university students and allow for direct talentscouting. http://www.retail-talents.com
