Description
Designing a Performance Measurement Tool for Supply Chain Management:

The project investigates value based performance management in supply chains. By means of a case study, a value based performance measurement system is developed and implemented in form of an MS Excel tool.

Based on the Excel tool, different scenarios are analysed providing an insight into the relationships between supply chain management and company value as measured by the economic value added and the free cash flow.

Finally, the results from the case study are presented leading to suggestions for further research on the topic of value-based performance management in supply chains.
