Description
As an element of the part-time diploma program logistics management, this course deals with retail supply chains and the challenge of matching supply and demand efficiently on the retail shelf. It introduces tried and tested models, concepts and methods necessary to deliver on the promise of availability. Participants are equipped with practical know-how and discuss their availability challenges and solutions.
