Description
This research seeks to explore the enabling and disabling factors of knowledge transfer in the context of the Olympic Games. In particular, we aim to analyse the role of knowledge characteristics, individual characteristics and network characteristics in facilitating or impeding knowledge transfer. In so doing, the study seeks to contribute to academic discourse on the specificities of knowledge transfer in temporary organisations. It will use quantitative (survey) and qualitative (interviews) analysis to develop a detailed understanding of the factors affecting knowledge transfer.
