Description
In cooperation with an industry partner, the Health-IS Lab evaluates the customer satisfaction of an established integrative software solution for medical practices. The amétiq project therefore aims to repeatedly measure satisfaction indices, such as the net promoter score, in order to gain insights on the main factors driving information systems use and user satisfaction in the domain of professional medical administration software. Furthermore, current users are asked to reflect on future enhancements and innovative services regarding administration software, covering mobile solutions, patient communication and data transfer among stakeholders.
