Description
Capabilities are difficult to manage; however, they obtain primary importance for coping with complex socio-economic systems. The objective of the project is to develop a dynamic theories about policy resistance in complex systems accounting for qualitative factors, such as (mis-)trust, overconfidence, risk mitigation. The contribution of the longitudinal research is to account for soft factors in dynamic decision making situations, especially in the airline industry.
