Cyber conflicts and how they could affect Switzerland

Cyber conflicts are getting increasingly civil. This means that not only states duel each other in cyberspace. A growing number of cyber conflicts takes place primarily between non-state actors. This might also become a problem for Switzerland, when such conflicts compromise critical infrastructures.
