Abstract (De)
This glossary is accounting for a state of a project which is defined to be a continuous work-in-progress. Research is going on and specializing more and more, the according development of new terms and notions is eventually forming a Handbook about the pursued research itself. Using the dynamic development of the new media, the NetAcademy maintains a dynamic glossary where new definitions are continuously submitted or old ones refined, in the pace the respective research field is evolving.

As a rule, the definitions of the glossary are taken from publications that are filed in the NetAcademy publication database and are available as a reference. If reference publications to glossary terms are not or not yet existing, experts of the NetAcademy (mostly members of the Institute for Media and Communications Management, University of St. Gallen) provide provisional definitions first. Thus, the glossary might look improvised, but in fact it mirrors meticulously the pace of research endeavours.
