Abstract (De)
In this article, based on an interview by Jan Thomas Otte with Ernst von Kimakowitz, some aspects of achieving a meaningful work-life balance are being discussed.

This interview based article in the online magazine t3n.de highlights some aspects of achieving a meaningful work-life balance. Questions such as the relevance of having fun at work, or what it is that needs balancing in the first place are being touched upon as well as the impact of the degree to which one can derive meaning from ones job and the satisfaction of contributing to something greater than oneself.
