main focuses My research interest focuses on organization studies, especially on the practices and processes relevant for management innovation and institutional renewal, the relationship between organizations and society, and the history of management thought. Secondly, I am looking into junctions between arts/design and business/economics, including market-making, institutional logics and economic analysis in arts and design, entrepreneurship in the creative industries, and the reception of creative paradigms (e.g. design thinking) in business organizations. Last not least, I am interested in processes and actors of globalization, based on my work on the conceptual history of globalization, and the organizational questions arising as a result.
