Main Focuses Forschung, die das Verhalten von Konsumenten in virtuellen Umgebungen mit sozialpsychologischen Ansätzen erklärt. Ein Schwerpunkt fokussiert darauf, wie Konsumenten Informationen aus unterschiedlichen Kommunikations- und Vertriebskanälen kognitiv verarbeiten., Forschungsprojekte finden zumeist in Kooperation mit Unternehmen statt. Feld-Experimente ermöglichen es, tatsächliches Verhalten von Konsumenten abzubilden und zu analysieren.
