The results of tests in different user environments (e.g. GPT-4o, Claude Sonnet and Gemini Advanced) are then presented and analyzed. It becomes clear that “frontier models”1 such as GPT-4o offer great potential for supporting comprehensive, structured, targeted and personalized learning and development dialogues. The second part of the report presents the resulting further perspectives. Custom GPTs can play an important supporting role in self-directed, self-organized learning and development activities by enabling comprehensive and goal-oriented learning and development dialogues.
