(The objectives of the Interreg IIIB project DYNALP are the implementation of projects according to four protocols of the ‘Alpine Convention', the support of learning processes to gain new competences and the exchange of experiences and good practices, especially referring to European regional policies.
The project intends to emphasize networking, participative methods, educational programs and the coaching of actors in small villages to increase their qualification.)
