| dc.description.abstract | Even under a modernised and widely liberalised sex offenses regulation, prostitution is frequently suspected of being the scene of violence, forced labour and human trafficking. For the first time, a comprehensive study has examined the Swiss sex market with regard to these characteristics. This paper will give an overview of the relevant rules of the criminal law on the one hand and of the existing problems of the market on the other hand. | |

Eine umfassende Studie hat diesbezüglich nun erstmals das Schweizer Sexgewerbe genauer beleuchtet. Diese Abhandlung bietet einen Überblick über die strafrechtlich relevanten Bestimmungen auf der einen und über die real existierenden Probleme auf der anderen Seite. | |
