Description
The proposed research project - Diversity in the job market: The inclusion of demographic minorities in the workplace - consists of two studies. Both studies are separate, but focus on the same topic: How can companies react to the increasing diversity in the job market and capitalize from the potential benefits of diverse work groups, while preventing possible negative effects? The two overarching questions are: What are boundary conditions that lead to the successful inclusion of demographic minorities in the workforce and positively influence the diversity - performance link? And what can organizations do to create these conditions?
