Dr. Alexander Schuchter holds a threefold role—internal audit executive focused on operational risk and controls; entrepreneur; and lecturer–researcher. To strengthen strategic resilience, he provides decision-relevant clarity for boards and executive teams. Since 2008 at the University of St. Gallen (HSG), he has fostered a continuous exchange between research and practice.
