Carl obtained his bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Economics at Dresden University of Technology in Germany, with an exchange at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology in Trondheim, Norway. He also graduated with a double master's degree in Business Management and Innovation Management from Reykjavík University in Iceland. He is currently a PhD student in the Management programme at the University of St.Gallen.

Professional Career

Carl has gathered experience through roles in marketing, auditing, and leading his own family business focused on business and life coaching. He is currently a Doctoral Researcher at the Competence Centre for Top Teams (CCTT) at the Institute for International Management at HSG, where he conducts research on high-performing teams, focusing on deep-level diversity, leadership, and team effectiveness.
