Description
Management and innovation research shows that successful corporate entrepreneurs put their focus not only on their particular initiatives but also on the broader managerial and organizational context within which their initiatives are expected to generate impact. This broader corporate context materializes in collectivized reference systems ("success models") which provide an answer as to what a corporation considers as valuable / non-valuable, legitimate / non-legitimate, strategic / non-strategic. Novel activities and success models appear to co-evolve. This research project explores the entrepreneurial practices of corporate entrepreneurs to generate impact on the corporate reference system.
