Description
Target of the project "Service Strategy and Portfolio Development" was the development and re-design of the service strategy and the service portfolio of a global service provider in the machinery industry. Based on customer interviews, the project team identified and prioritized customer needs and preferences. Together with the industry partner, the existing service porfolio was consolidated, re-designed, and a new service portfolio as well as a new service strategy was defined.
