Description
Target of the project "Business Process Re-Design" was the re-design and company-wide alignment of the maintenance repair and overhaul (MRO) business process of an international service provider in the business aviation industry. The project team conducted more than 120 interviews with all responsible departments, mapped the overall process as well as all sub processes, moderated review workshops, held trainings and supported the site management teams during the process introduction.
