Description
Despite three decades of management research on the relationship between firm internationalization and performance, no consensus exists about its direction, magnitude, and form. This research project has constructed large-scale databases in order to address the nature of the internationalization-performance relationship in Germany and Switzerland. In addition, a meta analysis on the internationalization-performance academic literature has been conducted, plus an analysis of the interplay between internationalization and performance on the one hand, and the impact on organizational culture on the other.
