Description
Philips Lighting B.V., Eindhoven, The Netherlands, hereinafter referred to as "Philips", is dealing with the issue of Innovation Speed. The aim of the project was the identification of successful processes in the field of the improvement of throughput times for development projects. On the basis of anonymised case studies, three successful practices were selected, which have solution approaches with regard to Innovation Speed that are interesting and relevant for Philips. All of them were visited.
