Description
Several academic hospitals around the world report shortcomings in the selection of academic chairs in the field of medicine. Therefore the University of Zurich has initiated a project with the aim to establish an evidence-based standardized tool, that will be internationally applicable, yet must be flexible enough to be adapted to the local requirements and legal restrictions for selecting academic medical chairs.
