Description
In the Dynagrams research project we examine the potential of dynamic, interactive, conceptual diagrams to improve managerial sense making, planning, and decision making, particularly in collaborative settings.
We develop and test novel diagrammatic solutions to pressing business problems (such as resolving dilemmas, making sense of business opportunities, and dealing with resource constraints).
We evaluate the effects of these diagrammatic deliberation devices in real-life settings and through experimental studies and document the best performing ones for (software-based) use in management meetings.
