This research proposal shows the status quo of the dissertation project about truly sustainable strategies in the food sector (still work in progress). It outlines the theoretical background of the dissertation and introduces the research question, process and approach. It was presented and discussed in a working paper session about "Sustainability Issues and Strategies" at a doctoral summer academy.
