The Resilience Roadmap 2028 is a whitepaper developed by The Procurement Initiative and a group of CPOs in Europe. The paper highlights the importance of building a resilient supply chain in today's dynamic and uncertain business environment. It emphasizes the need for transparency, collaboration, and flexibility in sourcing to ensure 360-degree resilience. The paper also recommends going beyond traditional sourcing criteria towards modeling long-term impact and developing the ability to show transparent future scenarios based on sound data, good rationale, and a story. Overall, the Resilience Roadmap 2028 provides actionable recommendations for companies to create a regenerative, versatile, and resilient structure within their supply chain.
