Abstract
In the current discussion about e-learning, one focus is laid upon the concept of the reusability of learning objects. In our point of view a dilemma occurs through the different perspectives of the technological and educational discipline involved. The aim of the paper is, based on the current discussion, to offer ideas from an educational perspective and to show three approaches which allow to get out of the dilemma situation. Furthermore, there will be a new definition of learning objects which leads to a sophisticated educational approach. Finally, three steps will be presented to conclude the developed concepts. So we are on our way to redefine the paradoxon as a dilemma and to show possibilities to cope with it.
